Terms & Conditions – 89 Mile Cultural Expeditions

Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with 89 Mile Cultural Expeditions. By reserving a seat, guests agree to the following policies.

1. Guest Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or Facebook message timestamp accepted). More than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, guests may receive a full refund or request a one‑time reschedule at no additional cost. Less than 48 hours before scheduled departure: No refunds will be issued. Guests may request a reschedule one time only, subject to availability. No‑shows or missed departure: No refund or reschedule will be provided. Tours depart on schedule.

2. Operator Cancellations (Weather, River Conditions & Safety)

Jetboat tours are dependent on river levels, debris, wind, visibility, and other environmental factors. 89 Mile Cultural Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour at its sole discretion for safety reasons. If the operator cancels a tour:

• Guests will receive a full refund,

• May reschedule at no cost for a future date.

Safety decisions made by the operator are final.

3. Promo Codes, Discounts & Special Offers

All discounted bookings, including promotional codes (e.g., LAUNCH50) and limited‑time offers, follow the same cancellation rules. Discounted bookings are non‑refundable, regardless of reason. Guests may request reschedule if the request is made more than 48 hours before departure. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings

4. Late Arrivals Guests must arrive on time for check‑in and safety briefing. Late arrivals who miss departure are considered no‑shows. No refund or reschedule will be provided.

5. Liability & Safety Compliance<br>Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the operator. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

6. Weather & Environmental Conditions

River conditions can change rapidly. Tours may operate in varying weather unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the operator.
